About
The London Realtor is the name of this site, not the name of a person, and not a brokerage.
The London Realtor helps a buyer or seller in the City of London, Ontario hire one local agent, and explains what to settle first: the file, the neighbourhood, and the written agreement. First published 7 October 2026.
What to settle first
The file is a purchase, a sale, or both. The neighbourhood is the part of the City of London the house sits in, including whether the lot is inside a heritage district or only near the name. The written agreement names who represents you, and it comes before services. How hiring works is the sequence. A London file is the notes.
